Kaash Paige Announces New Album and North American Tour
It’s not everyday that your SoundCloud tracks gain you a record deal and a tour across the states, but that’s exactly what happened with rising artist Kaash Paige. Kaash, born D’Kyla Paige Woolen, has had our attention for a while now. Starting with her album Parked Car Convos in 2019, it was her smooth tone over the ambient beats that pulled listeners in track by track. After a first listen to the project Paige’s stardom was evident, which shows clearly with her monthly Spotify listeners raking in at a whopping 3.2 million and counting.
The 21-year-old Dallas native, whose stage name is an acronym for Kill All Arrogance Stop Hatred, just officially announced her upcoming album titled “S2ML” or ‘Soundtrack 2 My Life’ coming November 18th. Fans have been highly anticipating hearing more of her story since her last full length project four years ago. Kaash gives us a glimpse at the first few chapters of her life with visuals for her latest single, “Doubted Me”, which dropped last month. The video goes through scenes of a young D’Kyla growing in Grand Prairie playing sports, singing and celebrating a few birthdays. The visual story has gained over 117,000 views in just over two weeks since it’s release, giving Kaash yet another reason to celebrate.
To top it all off, the R&B songstress will be kicking off her first headlining tour at the end of January 2023. Paige is set to touch down in major cities like Houston, Atlanta, Brooklyn and more with assistance from special guest, Amari Noelle. With her stardom on the rise we’re sure this tour will be the first of many, and definitely has a headliner that is well deserved.
